Why one of the two thieves hanged with Jesus chose to go to Hell

Leviticus 18:21-24 KJV And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD. (22) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. (23) Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. (24) Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you

In that era at the part of the world it would’ve been well known to people that any violation would prohibit a person from being welcomed by God into paradise.

Matthew 27:38-44 MKJV Then two thieves were crucified with Him, one off the right, one off the left. (39) And those who passed by blasphemed Him, shaking their heads, (40) and saying, You destroying the temple and building it in three days, save yourself. If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross. (41) And in the same way also the chief priests mocked, with the scribes and elders, saying, (42) He saved others, but he cannot save himself. If he is the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. (43) He trusted in God, let Him deliver Him now, if He will have Him. (For He said, I am the Son of God.) (44) And also the thieves who were crucified with Him reviled Him, saying the same.

The chief priests mocked him saying that they doubt that God would have Jesus, if that was the general consensus amongst Elders, scribes, and chief priests there could be no doubt about homosexuals being unwelcome by God.

Luke 23:39-43 MKJV And one of the hanged criminals blasphemed Him, saying, If you are Christ, save Yourself and us. (40) But answering, the other rebuked him, saying, Do you not fear God, since you are in the same condemnation. (41) And we indeed justly so, for we receive the due reward of our deeds, but this Man has done nothing amiss. (42) And he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom. (43) And Jesus said to him, Truly I say to you, Today you shall be with Me in Paradise.

One of the hanged criminals asked to be free of his punishment, not a place in Paradise with Jesus. It is here where the criminal gives away that he has no doubt that he is beyond saving. He continues to blaspheme Jesus instead of showing fear of God.

Mark 15:27-32 MKJV And with Him they crucified two thieves, the one off the right, and one off the left. (28) And the Scripture was fulfilled which said, “And he was numbered with the lawless.” (29) And those who passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads and saying, Aha! You razing the temple and building it in three days, (30) save yourself and come down from the cross! (31) And also the chief priests mocking, with the scribes, said to one another, He saved others but he cannot save himself. (32) Let Christ the King of Israel now come down from the cross, so that we may see and believe. And they who were crucified with Him insulted Him.

Here the scribes testify to Jesus saving others, but only one of the hanged thieves shows fear of God. It is here where the thief who goes to hell by choice shows that he had already accepted that he would not be welcomed by God.

This was inspired by a man who went to Israel and came back to the State of Michigan. There he placed three crosses by Interstate 69 near Charlotte without giving a reason what they meant when people asked. These crosses stood right next to the Interstate and were high with yellow paint on some of them, it was mentioned in an article published by the Lansing State Journal.

7 billion people on Oct 31st probably more than that already because census figures aren’t always right, but that is the official count. decades ago nations figured that these numbers would come and feeding and sustianable development were going to be challenges for the leaders.

Right about that time some people were already coming with ideas and plans to save the environment. Efforts that weren’t wasted as the best of ideas were shaped into policies and regulations that millions of people follow today.

One Idea that went ahead with limited success was nature conservation. Organizations buying up lands and preserving or limiting development on that land so that future generations would appreciate a little bit of nature as it was.

That was fair considering that N. America could afford to have land set aside for this purpose, these lands combined with national and regional park lands would be sufficient. but some organizations went a little bit detail of ‘Saving the environment for idiots” book. They did this by seeing that N. American aboriginal tribes needed revenue to support services needed for their people.

So they combined their mission and with the aboriginals need for revenue and had the tribes sign non-devlopment agreements. so as long as the rivers run and the grass grows these organizations would give the tribes revenue as long as these lands remain undeveloped.

With forecasts of people reaching 7 billion people already, land is needed to sustain the growth of the earth’s population, This doesn’t include the aboriginal’s local population, as their population grows so does the need for more resources to support their needs. I bet that not one of these agreements account for the organic growth of these tribes population. This combined pressure of world population and tribe population put the value of the land under control of the non-devlopment agreement at a premium. This premium would only increase and in ten years when the population of the world increases billions and the local population increases, regret of what was signed only two decades ago can only grow deeper.

Eminent domain clauses or something similar could change what I see as an error in judgement by both parties of the agreement. I never fully understood the term ‘Indian giver’ until these two facts came together and saw that tribal populations may want to undo the past.

I like how these people got slammed, especially the women who got interviewed on TV and named a three different causes that people are marching for. At the end she threw up a peace sign but that was half expected.

Something that I would do I am now doing. With the few people that read this blog it might not go anywhere. I suggest this.

Hand out fliers to the protestors with instruction to one end. The end is to stop helping corporations and cost them money. If you’ve seen the contest held by companies in their marketing strategies this will seem logical. Marketing companies are now getting corporate consumers to their job for them. This includes obvious ones like “sign up 10 friends and get this free” or “Suggest the next marketing logo or image and win!”

I couldn’t believe until it reached the pinnacle at Vancouver’s 2010 Olympics. The marketing CEO for Vancouver 2010 held a contest for the general public to help market the Olympics the general public. This CEO received hundreds of thousands of dollars for his expertise, I didn’t participate and if it weren’t for the road blockades & Olympic vehicles wouldn’t noticed that the Olympics where in town.

So enough of laying the groundwork, one thing that companies have relied since the 1950′s is the suggestion box.. This saved companies millions of dollars, placed them in front of the competition, and gave then insight how to sell products to the customers.

So during these Wall Street protest and instruction sheet on what to do:

Avoid customer feedback surveys, When visiting company websites leave out responses to “How did this answer your question ‘quick surveys’.” Refrain from submitting omplaints to customer service reps if you can afford it (this could mean Cell phone providers, ISPs).

Answering these types of questions and submitting complaints, depending on size of company, often save companies millions of dollars. They give insight to Marketing gurus how to generate the next million dollars in revenue.

Of course don’t answer Telemarkers questions or in-store reps customer surveys.

I would like to see people in those areas add to this list but this is good enough to impact the companies where it hurts. The bottom line.

Google ‘Anno Globus’ and Change the World,

Anno Globus

I’m sitting here in the Vancouver Public Library on the 5th floor, and the person sitting behind the desk who works here is bothering me with another phone call. The employee talks loud enough for half the floor to hear what is being said on this side of the phone, one phone call is just to say ‘Hello.” undoubtedly to some other employee on another floor.

One phone call she is demanding the other person to speak nicely to her or else as is stated “there is no one else here to help you, so you better change your tone or I’ll hang up on you.”

Well this is a librarian who is probably being asked about reference material. This seems pretty easy but I was reminescing about other customer service representatives that I talked to.

One CSR gave me an unsatisfactory answer and I knew that there was more ‘help’ but couldn’t seem to get past her. She repeated the answer to me and then proceeded to give me an ultimatum. Either accept this answer and be ‘nicer’ or I’ll hang up on you, because your being unnecessarily beligerant. I knew better so when asked if she could help, I asked the same question then proceeded to get hung on. Needless to say I changed my bank to a rival and haven’t regretted it since.

I have come upon this the past few years but know that some of these CSR are being unresonable, once in person It was reported that I had been unreasonable and acted beligerantly toward employees. This was when an employer failed to deposit my pay into my account, I learned about the report from a friendlier employee when asked about it. This employee that reported me had the adacity to report me as a bad employee when all I wanted was my pay, beleivable after witnessing the ecomical downturn of 2007-2009 and several companies losing business. Employees like the one who reported me falsely are revealed when the economy or industry goes bad and companies lose revenue.

So that is before and hearing the librarian here in 2011 reminds me of the abuses this policy of hanging up on people ”CSR’s” use when accomplishing their daily task of earning a day’s pay. Employer’s should listen to the employees who hang up on customers and others who expect a person to accomplish the simplest of tasks. Further training should be provided so CSR can do their jobs without alienating customers who people who have access to social networking sites where businesses can lose by people considering who to do business with.

Fire employees who hang up on customers or employees that write up false or misleading reports about fellow employees. I haven’t thought about those past encounters but the company that failed to deposit my pay then accepted the misleading report from their employee has competition and with the downturn lost revenue. I doubt their be able to acheive revenue like they had before the downturn as long as they have people working for them that lose business.

Google ‘Anno Globus’ and change the world.

Crowd control, Toronto Police deserts tactics

Pictures of riots after the Vancouver Canucks loss in game 7 of the Stanley Cup

Playoffs proved the perspective editors had of the way events went. Words that

Conveyed that it was the people who got caught up in the event were to blame not the host. In the United States, drunk drivers that get into accidents that cause death aren’t the only ones being held accountable. People who host the parties or work as waitresses or bartenders are being charged in cases involving death or excessive costs.

Now if they had this in mind the editors could have written headlines such as ‘BACKFIRE’ with partygoers in front of burning police vehicles after a Canucks win. After a Canucks loss the headline could have read ‘Accelerant’ with

The same picture of people in front of the burning police car. Either would be

Followed up by how the hosts of the games should be held accountable instead

Of the 30-40 people that police think were the center of the riots. Instead I

Watched as the politicians showed up the day after and wrote nice things on boarded up windows on a store. It was pretty sickening, if anything the police should spend some time preparing charges against the people who were in charge of hosting the viewing parties. One way that wasn’t practiced was the Toronto police method of controlling crowds, here is a summary of their way along with what I would’ve done to make it more effective. Sorry politicians but

Charges should be pending…

The Toronto police service had a plan of encircling a crowd of people, then proceeding to send in its own police amongst them to separate the troublemakers from the crowd.

This plan was abandoned and a request that it be not used as a template for criticizing the Vancouver Hockey riots. Future gatherings of G8 to G20 meetings or Hockey playoffs are what are on the minds of politicians, citizens, and protestors. Millions of dollars in property and costs for supplying police protection is what the two men assigned to analyze what went wrong at the Hockey riots of 2011. One man who had a billion dollar budget for the Olympics is one, the other a man who wrote a plan criticizing the last hockey riots in Vancouver of 1994. The current police chief had one million dollars for a budget for the entire hockey playoffs. So between that one million dollars and the Olympic CEO’s One billion is what is expected or is what should result from their analysis.

The Toronto plan would work, but here a change requiring the presence of plain-clothes police would make it more successful. At first, once crowds have formed uniformed police would go through the crowds selecting people who fit the profiles of leaders of past riots. They could ask these people to go to select areas where portable johns, refreshments, and seating were made available. The plain-clothes people would join these ‘leaders’ and if anything broke out could encourage these people not to join the rest of the crowd.

The point of this would be the select areas, leaving the rest of the crowds alone, these select areas would separate the leaders and could be used to sequester them until it was safe to let them leave the area. This could be after crowds gotten smaller or that any riots were kept under control and the leaders kept from joining them. Vancouver’s hockey riots had damages inflicted by only 40 to 50 people. An area big enough to encompass this size of crowd should be a tactic of police during public gatherings.

Recently the development office of Vancouver paid damages to a local business owner, but in criminal offences monetary restitution is only half of what the defendants face as part of their sentences. So maybe the politicians of Vancouver/British Columbia should be looking at probation or being expelled from their current jobs.

Google ‘Anno Globus’ and change the world.

Anno Globus

This past spring I rode in car driven by somebody who had a breathalyzer installed in the car. When going onto the freeway a beeper went off and quickly the driver picked up the breathlyzer mounted on the side of the steering column. I didn’t ask why he had this attached to his car but surmised that is was required as part of his sentence for impaired driving and being allowed to continue driving.

These breathalyzers aren’t new and have been used in simple forms by police for a couple of decades. twenty years ago it wasn’t feasible to have every driver who got caught driving under the influence to have these new ones mounted to their cars. I guess if the driver is tested positive for alcohol the car will shut down and won’t be able to run again. I’ve heard of the ones that won’t let a car start if the breathalyzer gives a positive reading by the driver, but this one had to be used while the car is being driven.

20 years ago drivers where sentenced enmass to attend some form of alcohol education classes, even attend AA to keep driving or have their drivers license returned to them. Now AA has 12 steps and in the end of it all you have to accept Jesus as part of your life. Unsuccessful completion of the 12 step program meant that you were out of luck and your license was suspended until you could complete all twelve steps.

This may have angered many people who needed their licenses to go to work and earn a living, but as judges and other officers of the court reminded those people. Driving is a privilege and not a right. Just because you may have paid your fines, jail time, and/or suspension time didn’t mean that you got your license back. They could still withhold your license simply because you failed the twelve step program.

What was installed in that car was something that I believe could replace the twelve step requirement, instead of giving your life over to the ‘LORD’ you could have this breathalyzer installed in your car. I don’t know if they still have the 12 step requirement but having this breathalyzer seems to be a sure way of stopping people from reoffending.

So instead of stating that driving is a privilege and not a right, these government officials could require drivers to have these machines installed. No more interference by the state. No more recommending the “lord” in order to have the privileges restored. The right to freedom of religion is one that was/is being violated by these government officials.

Google ‘Anno Globus’ and change the world,

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) May 29, 2011 —
Open Source software for Teachers, OpenSchool, is being organized to meet the demands required from School boards as they integrate technology into today’s classroom. On networking sites and blogs developers and others being asked to join the efforts by Jason Trudeau to turn his idea into a reality for teachers in every country around the world. This would effect how fast technology is developed and adapted for use in educational institutions from kindergarten up to universities.

Text book publishers Scholastic and Prentice-hall have been able to make themselves into the largest companies in the world. Microsoft and Oracle provide software and have themselves become synonymous with the Information Age. Open Source software for teachers plan is to be as prevalent as these companies and used in schools around the world.

By making the software open-source it would be free to use by teachers or scholars interested in publishing their own textbooks for use by their students. This would skip the processes set up by which educational systems around the world decide on how to spend resources on which materials to use. Teacher/Authors would only need to download and install the software onto their own computers, like new Linux and Open Office is used today.

Laptops and E-readers can take all materials from hardcopy to digital for students to use. Manufacturers could be the biggest winners when other states follow California’s, Florida’s, and Maine’s lead into creating high tech classrooms. Textbook publishers that currently provide schools with learning materials would only have to convert them to use with the hardware. This wouldn’t save costs and publishers would have to wait for feedback from student’s , teachers, and administrators to fix any problems with the new digital information. Costs can be saved with Open source software for teachers by saving on royalties to authors, salesman’s commission, and publisher’s costs. Any problems can be solved by the local schools system since materials could be easily corrected by the author which would be a teacher on staff.

Complimentary tools such as Moodle didn’t have any effect on the publisher’s since it is on-line based and student’s need to have access to the internet. Prices on stocks remained unaffected in 1999 (SCHL Aug 31 at $25.00 with PSO in high teens in 2011) and publishing companies retained their market shares. OpenSchool once complete can be used to create texts that can be used with e-readers, laptops, and desktop terminals being used in classrooms today. This software is transferrable and can be used to create texts in any school system in any country in the world. Eventually OpenSchool can eliminate the need to purchase texts from publishing companies which could save costs.

The plan is have this software to be continually upgraded to meet the latest developments in technology from manufacturers of e-readers, hand-helds, and laptops. All person with an interest in seeing this software in use is invited to join,

Currently available there are programs to write newsletters, presentations, drawings, spreadsheets, even complete outline for books of fiction. My idea is to have an open license for programs that write texts in e-book form that California, Maine, and Florida are currently using for students in their public school systems. Watching CNN Florida announced over this past weekend that they wanted a good percentage of materials to use e-books.

Have local teachers write and e-publish the own text that the students use in their curriculums. As long as they aim to teach their students the materials tested in National Achievement and International Achievement Tests would make these e-texts comparable to text available to them by publishers like Scholastic and McMillan. This would save on costs that are currently spent by local school boards on expensive textbooks that have to be replaced every few years.

IF TEACHERS lack the capability to write materials for use in classrooms then a progressive college could supply courses or seminars. Then school districts could have their own in house texts to use which would be cheaper. No need for lower costs due to economies of scale used by mega-publishers, no demand for royalties for teachers or publishers, even specialized intellectual property have clearing houses for purchase on-line that can be added by teachers/authors. Since most school districts have more than one teachers for each subject at each level those teachers can produce a text each with a decision made by the School boards and/or Superintendents choosing which ones or combinations can be used in the classrooms

And if this idea isn’t new then here is my contribution. To develop a text publishing program that has comes with templates for different subjects used in schools. Templates for Social Studies, Math, Sciences, English, Foreign Languages, Art, and History. Each subject would have optional templates for the different grades from kindergarten up to Advance Placement courses. The would make it easy for teachers/authors to publish texts using tools to copy and paste or enter their own individual texts using templates.

The templates would have chapter titles for each of the different subjects, maybe multiple choice for teacher/author to choose from. Major Headings, followed by subheadings, places for pictures, and text discussing topics. For different subjects each template would use a subject dictionary that teachers could cut and paste terms and definitions into chapters. In math text for example the teacher could introduce the type of problem being discussed, examples of how to solve problems, followed by problems to be solved and links to where answers lie in the glossary of the texts. The templates could have optional pop-up windows inserted for subjects that would provide extra examples or problems for the students to work on outside of class.

Teacher’s could include practice tests after each topic inside the book. If the practice had 20 questions the teacher could require the student to get 15-17 questions right to pass, it would continue to give the student practice tests until he passed with the minimum amount of questions right. The questions could be provided by the teacher (40-60 questions) with the program generating the practice tests by random or by type of question missed.

If needed the teacher could look over the progress by their students by checking on how many times they took the tests and what type of questions they tended to miss. One way for teachers to work easier would be to have the chapter or sub-topics marked and down-loadable to a USB stick OR sent to a printer so the student can work on it later at home or in STUDENT SEMINARS.

These text publishing programs could have been patented but with the purpose stated in this blog it would make it impossible for any one person, either than me to patent the process. These templates should be open license as the Linux operating systems have been, which allowed them to flourish in the past several years. Many software developing companies could spring up with their own versions of this software with templates. One way to get revenue generated would be from fees charged to end users by consultants/developers that would teach end users how to use or troubleshoot the programs, if needed. Many competing Linux operating companies have been in operation for years using this business model, my hope is to have several competing companies offering this program. With this market there is room for everyone who enters with a viable product to sustain their operations.

By developing programs like this it would create an economy of scale for the manufacturers of e-readers/tablets used by students. Programs used to create educational texts for use in e-readers would encourage manufacturers to develop more features that would benefit their customers. This would encourage more and more school districts to write and publish their own texts for student’s to use.

So in countries where there isn’t as many graduates going on to higher educations this could increase the numbers of people getting their diplomas, increasing the chances that those countries will develop quickly and achieve desirable conditions for the populations. India and China have the capability of producing programs in languages specific to their countries, entrepreneurial instincts developed could help the slowest parts of these countries catch up to richer regions leading those countries..

Contacting or posting this idea to software developers to encourage this type of open license software development would be appreciated and potentially increase adaption of technology in use by people. As with the STUDENT SEMINARS blog development that comes from the processes discussed is expected and only what is deemed appropriate by the developers of templates/software can be expected by the author of this blog.

Google “Anno Globus” and change the world.
